Our products are categorized into the following groups and are applied towards customization of the project needs in each case.:
Financial Engineering A number of products are continuously being refined, providing structured finance solutions, adjustable to sustainability project requirements and hence bankability. The offering and implementation of these solutions are subject to proper due diligence processes in conjunction with a number of leading international banks working with ISD Consultancy in delivering of solutions.
Investment Finance and Private Equity ISD Consultancy is a partner in a network of private equity companies operating from London, New York, Montreal, Sao Paulo, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Munich and Paris, providing an enhanced investment capability to ISD project delivery.
Investment Funds
In conjunction with Institutional investors and Investment Banking partners, ISD Consultancy is currently in the process of establishing an investment fund focused on sustainability, with reference to Sustainable Development Initiatives.
The target date for the formal launch of this fund is in the 1st quarter of 2007.
